Reset 1… Consistently apply hand cream + wear SPF 50 every day

As with everything that requires results, consistency is key. Regular application of SPF 50 is a non-negotiable to stem the ravages of the sun on the hands, especially whilst driving when so much damage is done.

Reset 2 – Mini spa session for hands

Create a weekly mini hand care ritual, a nurturing time to pause and reflect. Exfoliate the delicate skin on the hands gently, followed by a mask to rejuvenate and hydrate the skin. Finish off with cuticle oil for the nails and a thick layer of hand cream for enriched results.

Only use products that are free from mineral oil, phthalates and sodium laureth sulfate, ingredients that will further aggravate discomfort on the hands.
